Adrian Mastracci

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed colleague, Adrian Mastracci, from advanced Parkinson’s at age 76.

Electrical and mechanical engineer by training, he moved to Vancouver from Ontario in the 1970s, took an MBA at UBC and started a fee for service financial planning business.

Partner at Macdonald Shymko & Company Ltd., founder at KCM Wealth Management Inc., and Senior Portfolio Manager at Lycos Asset Management Inc., Adrian had a long career in financial planning and investment management.

Adrian appeared hundreds of times in newspapers, magazines, radio and TV; he was an avid financial writer who explained financial matters with easily understood language.

The family are asking in lieu of flowers that people consider donations in honour of Adrian to Parkinson’s Canada.
